When it comes to food, I’m really not so picky about whether or not I’m going organic. When it comes to sheets, bath essentials, and hairbrushes.. Yeah, not so much. But lip balm, on the other hand.. I just like knowing that what’s being put on my mouth is a-okay, and Revolution Organics has done just that for me with this awesome balm-in-a-tube.

PACKAGING: A .5oz squeeze-balm. As I’ve mentioned a time or two, I really am not a huge fan of squeeze tubes when it comes to lip balm. However, this one is pretty. Real pretty. The contrast between the tube and the bold, noticable writing is beautiful, as well as the shiny design around the logo on the matte background.. I won’t lie; it kinda gives me chills just looking at it. Basically, the design of the tube screams luxury, and I love luxury. The back of the tube features a bunch of tiny font, listing the ingredients and directions on how to use the product.
TEXTURE/GLIDE: It’s a squeeze-balm, so you know the drill. I squeeze a bit on my finger, and take it from there. No direct applying from the tube to my lips. The glide is awesome. No problems there whatsoever. The texture is creamy and obviously moisturizing. Almost instantly after applying, my lips feel a million times softer. A+!
SMELL/FLAVOR: I smell.. I smell.. Oranges. Lots of oranges. And lemons? Okay, it’s a very citrus smell, but I like it a lot. And coming from someone who doesn’t really like citrus, that’s saying a lot.
LASTING POWER: Your lips really suck it up, which means it doesn’t last too long. Maybe a half hour to forty-five minutes. I’m not complaining, though. I don’t mind reapplying, simply because of what it does for my lips.

OVERALL: Awesome lip balm. Anything that looks this good, smells this good, feels this good, and makes my lips feel this awesome deserves 5 out of 5. Which is what this is gonna get. Right..now.
